Books, Crafts, and more…

In conjunction with Verse and Voices I will be doing a reading of Take Us Somewhere at the Bibliopub in Roanoke, VA on March 15th from 2-4 pm. I am so excited to share the book, and will have some to share. There will be Take Us Somewhere stickers to go with anyone who purchases a book! I have created coloring sheets based on the book, and we are going to have a fun craft for all the littles and littles alike to enjoy!

What is the craft you ask… something perfect for the imaginative adventurer, toilet paper roll binoculars. Each can be customized for each individual little to make it their own. There will be stickers, crayons, felt to attach, and colorful ribbons for each favorite color!

There will be a donation take up for the SWVA Boys and Girls Club to help the littles be able to read more books!
